EveryCloud were honoured to win three awards – including the biggest prize of the evening, Enterprise Reseller Of The Year – at the esteemed Comms National Awards, at a socially-distanced ceremony hosted by BBC presenter Colin Murray and streamed live from London’s Grosvenor Square.
1. Best Enterprise Cloud Solution
EveryCloud’s first award of the evening was in recognition of how they have helped clients like Slater and Gordon transform their customer experience, leveraging 8×8 cloud contact centre technology to deliver a secure ‘Work Anywhere’ technology platform. EveryCloud’s expertise and experience in cloud communications and contact centre transformation has been highly called upon in 2020 – as businesses strive to uphold service levels in the face of COVID-driven operational challenges and unprecedented customer contact volumes.
2. Best Enterprise Vertical Market Solution
EveryCloud’s Protect Your Sport initiative – which the judges described as ‘utterly compelling’ – took the award for Best Enterprise Vertical Market Solution. With clients ranging from Premier League and Women’s Super League football clubs to top flight cricket clubs and international sporting and events venues, EveryCloud helps elite sports organisations safeguard against the key attack trends identified in the National Cyber Security Centre’s 2020 report on The Cyber Threat To Sports Organisations.
3. Enterprise Reseller Of The Year
Selected by the Comms Dealer Editorial team from all reseller solutions entries across all categories, this was the final and biggest award of the evening – and completed a tremendous trio of trophies for EveryCloud, recognising its proven pedigree in delivering cloud communications, cloud contact centre and cloud security solutions to its clients.
