EveryCloud Communications launches new cloud-based contact centre offering

The new division – EveryCloud Communications – builds on the success of EveryCloud Security with a cloud contact centre solution that helps customers achieve compliance and security across PCI, GDPR, MiFIID and TPS, in a single, real-time platform.
EveryCloud Communications helps customers support omni-channel communications by integrating call centre, email, live chat, co-browsing, instant messaging and more. It also offers consultancy and support around Hosted Telephony, Inbound Call Routing and Telecom Expense Management.
EveryCloud Communications will achieve this by drawing on the wealth of knowledge from the award-winning EveryCloud team, who founded and built one of the UK’s fastest-growing cloud communications businesses as ranked by the Sunday Times Tech Track 2015.
